As an avid hiker, I wanted to increase my strength and broaden my workouts. Began working with DTR about a year ago and have to tell you how much the training has improved my balance and ability to "boulder" with confidence during my hiking adventures. Recently experienced the five National parks in Southern Utah and able to conquer the toughest and most challenging hikes in these parks with confidence and ease. Owe a lot to Dieter Dejean in augmenting my training, building my muscle memory and increasing my balance coordination.


Very knowledgeable about the physiology of the human body and how it works. The best in the business when it comes to injury prevention from a fitness point of view. Functional training programs are DTR's specialty with an emphasis on general fitness. DTR works with children from ages 13 all the way up to 80 y.o. focusing on athletic performance to more general fitness activities such as hiking, cycling, winter sports or fitness competitions, to name a few. DTR used a machine called the Body 570 to calculate my resting energy expenditure. Additionally, they used that information to scientifically design a custom program based on my own specific goals. In my opinion, DTR is the most exclusive and personal, fitness training facility in the Northern NV area. Highly recommended.


Great place, trainers are extremely knowledgeable! It's not like a lot of other trainers which are just an expensive way to get a generic workout plan pulled from the internet. They work specifically with you, for your goals. They make the training, well.. personal! Who would have thought???
I would definitely recommend this place for anyone trying to lose some weight, get stronger, or even just looking to get in better shape for every day activities.
